Emax coating consists of monolithic lithium disilicate ceramic. Thanks to the glassy material, the light transmittance is very high, thus providing the closest result to nature.

In aesthetic dentistry, it is generally preferred in anterior group teeth and single crowns. It is not preferred in bridges longer than 3 members due to its glassy structure. It is produced by milling method by pressing from a single piece of material or adapting it in computer environment.
